Shipping Your Order
Responsible Ordering
By placing an order, and to be able to understand and use these products safely, you agree and understand that you are required to be a qualified nail technician,
or in suitable nail technician training.
You also understand that we hold no legal responsibility if our products are not used as recommended.
Dispatch of Order
If we receive your order before 11am Monday - Friday we aim to dispatch your products the same day, however please note that during busy periods this can take up to 3 working days.
Delivery
All our orders are shipped first class recorded delivery by Royal Mail and they aim to deliver these
items the next
working day. This is however not guaranteed and may take longer as per Royal Mail terms and conditions
which can be
found by visiting their website
Where is my order?
A tracking number will be issued for you to track your delivery upon dispatch however this is beyond our control as to what, or when information is displayed for it.
If you have not received your order after 10 working days please contact us and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
In Store
If you would like to collect or shop in store please contact us and this can be arranged.
Returns and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days from receipt of purchase, unfortunately after this time has lapsed we are unable to offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the returned item value
All training courses have their own cancellation policies, terms and conditions, as such they are not covered by this returns and refund policy.
Non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require you to contact us to discuss any issues, or reasons for a return within 30 days of the original purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.
If your reasons for returning an item is accepted then they must be returned complete in the condition that they were received and in their original packaging. Any item not received in the condition it was sent, or in an acceptable condition for resale will not be refunded unless the item can be seen to be a manufacturing fault

In the first instance you can contact us to discuss your issues by emailing support@incandescent-shine.com clearly stating your request, or by filling in our Contact Us form.
We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and as such you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance.
No refunds will be offered until goods are received.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying the cost to return your items. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping incurred by Incandescent Shine Ltd. plus any restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday only and do not include UK Bank Holidays
ALL Weekend and Bank Holiday orders will be treated as above but as though ordered before 11am on the next working day.
10 working days for missing items is the timescale Royal Mail allow and as such we are unable to do anything until this time has passed.
